1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order through Tesora Jewellery (“Tesora”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations governing our services.
2. Product Pricing & Accuracy
Due to real-time fluctuations in precious metals and diamond market values, prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for complete accuracy in product listings, photography, and specifications, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, Tesora reserves the right to cancel affected unfulfilled orders with prompt refund notice.
3. Custom Orders & Modifications
Custom bespoke designs are handcrafted according to approved CAD specifications and gem selections. Cancellations or design changes on custom pieces must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order before production commences.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including ring designs, trademarks, text, graphics, monograms, logos, and images are the exclusive property of Tesora Jewellery and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
